Our programs are designed to support participants of ALL AGES (4 years+) to build functional skills, increase independence, and engage more confidently in daily life and community settings. Through supportive group sessions and innovative, community focused experiences, we help individuals improve physical capability, emotional regulation, social connection, and overall wellbeing. Our approach is person centred, strengths-based, and tailored to each participant’s goals, abilities, and preferred ways of learning
Our group classes are carefully designed to foster independence, social participation, and resilience. Each session is a capacity building experience, delivering structured, goal focused training tailored to each participant. Our instructors are highly trained, supportive, and experienced, ensuring every class is empowering, inclusive, and accessible for people of all abilities.

Inclusive yoga sessions supporting physical wellbeing, emotional regulation, and capacity building. Classes are adaptable to individual abilities, sensory needs, and support requirements, and align with NDIS goals around health, independence, and community participation.

Adaptive martial arts classes designed to build confidence, coordination, self-regulation, and resilience. Sessions support NDIS goals related to physical development, emotional wellbeing, and social skills, in a safe and empowering environment.

Fun, inclusive movement sessions offering variety, choice, and enjoyment. Classes support NDIS outcomes including functional capacity, physical health, and community participation, while encouraging confidence and independence.

A Black Belt since 2004, Bernardo began training at 14 and won the Brazilian Championship just three years later. Moving to Australia in 2008 on a Distinguished Talent Visa, he earned citizenship through his exceptional skill. With a Bachelor’s in Physical Education and decades of experience, Bernardo blends academic knowledge with world class coaching to empower participants of all abilities.

Marja has over two decades of experience working with diverse communities, supporting students of all abilities in building strength, flexibility, and mobility while also nurturing mindset, energy, and overall wellbeing. She integrates yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices to create inclusive, empowering and accessible wellness experiences for every participant.
